Recycling of aluminum takes 95% less energy that producing fresh aluminum from raw materials. Recycling of plastics saves up to 70% energy, glass up to 40%, and recycling steel can save up to 60% energy.

ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY
Emergent Group manages end-of-life electronics equipment following the “Reuse, Recover, Dispose” (RRD) hierarchy policy of responsible management on-site and throughout our recycling supply chain. Emergent Group honors the “Zero Landfill Policy” that requires all shredded materials, batteries, and accessories to be recycled in an ISO Certified, EPS-Registered facility. We are committed to operating per our EHS management system as documented in our EHS MS Manual. Our manual provides framework for setting and reviewing environmental objectives and targets, operational control, managing change within our operation, and monitoring our progress
